Liz graduated from Michigan State University in 2019, where she studied oboe with Jan Eberle. In 2022 she studied saxophone at the U.S. Army School of Music (USASOM).

Liz taught piano lessons while working in the schools, and in 2022 she pivoted to full-time piano instruction. Combining her rigorous pedagogical and aural training with genre-spanning performance experience, she offers lessons that build comprehensive musicianship skills while encouraging students to follow their passions.

Today, Liz maintains an active performance schedule across Sioux Falls and beyond.
